We took these portraits in under 30 minutes, during a break between two other locations. But when we looked back at the gallery — these were the ones that made us smile the most. A 30-Minute Portrait Session That Turned Into Pure Joy!

💫 How We Got These Candid Shots

Not everyone’s a model. That’s the beauty of it.

Here are my go-to tricks to help you move naturally while still creating stunning images:

  • Be stars in orbit: imagine you’re revolving around each other, never quite touching

  • Pretend a spaceship is pulling one of you away — the other has to hold on or be left behind

  • Become magnets: pick one part of your bodies (foreheads, hips, fingers) that must stay connected no matter what

  • Run like kids — don’t look at the camera, look at each other

  • Spin, sway, fall into each other — it’s not about the pose, it’s about the momentum

📸 Why It Works

  • Movement brings energy — even a blurry frame tells a vivid story

  • Real laughter photographs better than perfect smiles

  • You feel different when you stop trying to look perfect — and that changes everything

🤍 A Note to My Couples

You don’t need a castle, a mountain, or perfect light. What you need is space to be yourselves. And a experienced photographer who knows how to let that magic happen. If we only have 30 minutes, for example, we follow a really tight wedding schedule, hope we can still create something real!
